- Oprah Winfrey, American producer, actress, talk show host, and publisher is born.

My birthday’s October 25th. There were lots of things up there. These are my favorites. =^^=
1854 - The Battle of Balaklava during the Crimean War (Charge of the Light Brigade).

1936 - Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini create the Rome-Berlin Axis.
